We have many amenities available to our residents. We have a house phone available to call out and receive calls, but we do not have regular landlines in the rooms. Residents are encouraged to give the number of the house phone to family and friends. Of course, residents may choose to bring their own cell phone to use as well.

We have Wi-Fi available for connecting to the internet and our living room is equipped with a TV. Residents may bring their own TV for their room. Our cable provider is DirecTV, and the cost is $40.00 a month. For those residents who want to have cable in your room, we recommend bringing their TV before their move-in date. When scheduling a technician it typically takes 2 weeks before they arrive and install the receiver. So scheduling in advance will ensure that it is hooked up before the resident’s arrival.
